Bill has a creative side, he has a love of lights and lampshades, he loves to be supported to the shops to buy his lampshades, so he can personalise his own bedroom. Bill likes to have lots of interactions with the frontline manager and regularly goes into the office to show them his items and engage in conversation. John Loves a beer at the local pub, if there are any music events happening, John is the one to support to them, he loves music, louder the better. He is also very sensory and is amazing at building Lego. Everyone likes to be a part of in-house activities from cooking to arts and crafts, music sessions and much more. The people we support have all been here for a number of years and have created a family feel within their home environment. They love to celebrate all occasions: every day is a party. They are looking for a fun, person centred frontline Manager to join their dedicated staff team, who will be hands on in encouraging and motivating the staff to give great support every day, supporting everyone who lives at The Cherries to achieve their ambitions, and creating more opportunities which will have a positive impact on everyone's wellbeing and choices.
