Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead

Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience and skills
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a Scrum team of developers and technical testers to deliver ServiceNow solutions
* Plans and drives ServiceNow development projects which support the organisation’s objectives and plans
* Monitors and reports on the progress of development projects. Ensures projects are carried out in accordance with agreed architectures, standards, methods and tools and addresses security and privacy requirements
* Managing technical testing of ServiceNow solutions in controlled environments before go live
* Maintaining ServiceNow including general housekeeping, data cleanse, reduction of technical debt, bug fixes and configuration
* Support the delivery of software development using scrum methodology
* Develops implementation plans for complex requests for change
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Proven working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
* Experience managing internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
* Proven experience managing small – medium teams
Desirable:
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD, SPM
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM, S2P, SecOps
* DevOps / Agile Project Delivery qualifications (SCRUM, Kanban etc.)

The ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager is accountable for leading the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring technical excellence, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives. This role manages cross-functional teams, oversees project planning and execution, and acts as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
