About the Role
We are working with a fantastic primary school located in Halewood who are recruiting 2 x TAs for their school starting on Monday 13th April. We are seeking a L3 qualified Teaching Assistant for a Year 5 class to work as general support in the classroom, and we are also seeking a Year 2 Teaching Assistant who has experience delivering phonics sessions.
Both roles are full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30, and will initially run for the summer term to July 2026. We will have permanent recruitment options in place for successful candidates to join the school from September 2026.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification essential for Year 5 position, relevant experience will be considered for Year 2 position
* GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above for both) or equivalent Level 2.
* Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex.
* Experience of phonics for Year 2 position essential
