Key Responsibilities: Fabricate a wide range of props and scenic elements, using a variety of materials and techniques to deliver exceptional results Carry out detailed finishing work including sanding, filling, scenic painting and high-quality spray coatings Apply coatings to structural frameworks, ensuring consistent coverage and adherence to specifications Maintain accurate ‘as-built’ records to support project tracking and future reference Support test builds and prototyping phases, contributing ideas and practical solutions Get involved in installations and on-site work when required, helping bring projects to life in real-world settings Manage your time effectively, working to agreed schedules and deadlines Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment Bring a proactive, can-do attitude and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture Communicate respectfully and professionally with colleagues, contractors and clients at all times Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in Prop Making with a specialty in Finishing Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. Excellent attention to detail.
