Job Overview

Runcorn (WA7) up to £27,000 DOE

Forrest Recruitment LTD is currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation to employ a Customer Service Administrator for a 12-month maternity cover. Immediate start available.

Location: Runcorn (WA7)

Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Raise quotations, orders, and pro-forma invoices; process them through Nav.
* Assist with queries and liaise with relevant departments for resolution.
* Cover reception and greet visitors.
* Prepare for and participate in daily and weekly update meetings.
* Raise invoices and credit notes.
* Maintain good customer relations.
* Assist with switchboard calls as needed.

Person Specification:

* Proven experience in Customer Service & Administration.
* Experience in manufacturing (desirable).
* Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
* Strong IT, numeracy, and organizational skills.
* Good telephone manner.
* Self-motivated and adaptable.
* Ability to think quickly in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
