We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge. Working with process owners and subject matter experts, you will be responsible for: * Creating and updating training materials * Readying the Core SAP system for training * Planning, coordinating and delivering training courses * Providing training support post- go-live There will also be some business-as-usual (BAU) aspects to the role; for example, supporting new users with existing functionality and helping to introduce new features and enhancements that are delivered by the Core SAP team. About you You will be proactive and enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills and an instinct to collaborate, and a desire to share knowledge and help colleagues. You will possess excellent organisation and communication skills, supplemented by a keen attention to detail. A solid practical understanding of SAP (in particular, procurement), and an aptitude for technology and technical processes would also be essential. A background as a super-user, trainer, or business process specialist in our organisation or industry would be advantageous. If you would like to know more about this opportunity and what will make you successful, please see the full job description attached to the bottom of this vacancy on our careers site.
