Location: Witney
Hours: Full-time - 2 year FTC
Salary: £15.38 - £17.95 per hour - depending on experience
Vibe Recruit are excited to be working with a well-established business in Witney who are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous HR experience or strong administrative skills looking to grow their career in Human Resources. You'll be supporting a wide range of HR processes, providing first-line HR advice, and getting involved in projects that make a real difference to the employee experience.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
Preparing contracts, offer letters, and general HR correspondence.
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems (Workday, Absence Manager, trackers).
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries on policies including maternity, paternity, flexible working, and absence.
Supporting employee relations casework, including note-taking and policy application.
Producing HR reports, including headcount data, absence statistics, starters & leavers, and workforce demographics.
Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
Previous HR experience, or strong administrative background with an interest in HR.
Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Organised and detail-focused with excellent communication skills.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn.
CIPD Level 3 or working towards
