The role is to assist with various administrative duties within the Maintenance Department, to ensure the smooth running of the day to day processes
The role involves the following duties:
* Handling and updating the pest control reports
* Updating spreadsheets for compliance issues i.e heating, lift reports, electrical testing, fire extinguisher reports
* Updating new stores information on various spreadsheets
* Understanding the call logging system from stores (SILQ)
* Researching new contractors to add to current referred contractors list
* Updating contractors certificates spreadsheet i.e public liabilities, health and safety records etc
* Chubb uplifts
* Handling intruder alarm and fire alarm calls
* Obtaining approval of quotes from Property Director
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience is essential, ideally in a fast paced environment.
* Good forward planning, organisational and time management skills.
* Good understanding of Microsoft office, with particular focus on excel and word.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills.
* Have the ability to work on your own using initiative but also a team player.
