Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate adult safeguarding strategies and procedures across the organisation.
* Review and evaluate safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
* Act as a crucial link between various stakeholders including healthcare, law enforcement, and community organisations.
* Provide expert guidance and support to staff, facilitating training sessions where necessary.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations and promote best practices throughout the organisation.
* Drive continuous improvements in safeguarding protocols and strategy implementation.
Requirements
* You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current registration with Social Care Wales
* Previous significant frontline experience in UK social services focusing on social work is essential.
