About The Role
As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in care delivery within the home. You will support us to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved across all areas.

Development from this role can lead to CHAPS or nursing positions, with fully funded apprenticeships to achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Salary
£14.20 per hour.
Shift Pattern
[Bank] hours per week, 12-hour shifts on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
Home Location
Coronation Close, March, England, PE15 9PP.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership and direction to the care team during your shift.
2. Assist, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
3. Manage supervision, appraisals, and performance reviews, supporting team members to reach their potential.
4. Carry out clinical duties, including monitoring blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, blood oxygen levels, and urine output.
Training, Skills & Experience Required
* A passion for care and a genuine desire to put residents' needs first.
* Experience in a similar senior care role.
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Effective communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead, empower, support, and motivate a team.
