You’ll join Saint John Architectural Interiors, a team that specialises in collaborating with architects, interior designers, and private clients to design, create, and install bespoke, high-quality interiors. To fulfil this role, we seek the highest skilled makers to work with a diverse range of materials, including metalwork, leather, fabric, upholstery, and glass, always ensuring the most luxurious finish. All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with You’ll assist project managers and joinery designers in tracking and managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. You’ll maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time. You’ll monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available for project teams. You’ll provide general office support, including filing, document management, and office organization. You’ll manage communication between the project team, clients, suppliers, and other departments. The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: You’ll have proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the architectural or interior design sector. You’ll have strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You’ll have ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments. You’ll have high attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. You’ll have previous experience in office administration and resource management is an advantage. You’ll have a basic understanding of architectural design or joinery projects is advantageous
