What You’ll Do
* Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve daily targets and high performance.
* Own people management within your area, ensuring fair and consistent use of company policies.
* Take accountability for KPIs and communicate progress to the Shift Manager.
* Review processes to maximise efficiency and support continuous improvement.
* Work closely with Health & Safety to maintain safe systems of work.
* Provide clear shift handovers and daily updates.
* Deputise for the Shift Manager when needed and support ad hoc projects.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven management experience in a distribution or similar environment.
* Strong planning, problem-solving and IT skills.
* Confident communicator with excellent people management abilities.
* Understanding of cost control, operational performance and warehouse systems.
