If you’re a Quality Director / Head of Quality / Quality Manager / Operations Manager with an eye for detail and you’re looking for something new to get your teeth stuck into then this might be the role for you.
This role requires you to deliver quality focused reports to the board whilst supporting a team Quality Managers within your remit to achieve ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ ratings in line with the CQC requirements. The majority of your work will be spent problem solving and working with services to improve the quality and compliance across the remit.
You will be expected to be visible across all services within the remit
Candidate must have expert CQC knowledge and the confidence to work with a remit of elderly care homes
Must act as a support system for quality team
Must have strategic management experience either at operational or quality management level within the elderly care sector
Must have an eye for detail and understand that the role requires someone to focus on delivering high quality care

Experience working as an Operations / Quality Manager within the elderly care sector
Exposure to and compliant with CQC
