Greenjets is redefining sustainable aviation through advanced manufacturing. We’re now looking for a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring our products are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑moving environment where precision and pace matter equally.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and coordinate daily production activities across your area
* Drive output, quality, and on‑time delivery against production plans
* Support, coach, and develop a team of technicians and operators
* Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Work closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams
Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
* Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong understanding of production processes (ideally high‑spec or regulated industries)
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
* Confidence working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced setting
* A focus on both people leadership and operational performance
