This is a pivotal role within the business, not just back-office support, but a position that sits at the centre of the client journey. You’ll work closely with advisers, helping to deliver a seamless and professional experience from initial enquiry through to implementation. Your responsibilities will include preparing client documentation, processing new business, managing workflows, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all cases progress efficiently. You’ll also interact directly with clients, handling queries via phone and email, preparing templated reports, generating application forms, and helping create a welcoming, professional environment. We’re keen to speak with individuals who have experience within an IFA or wealth management setting and who bring strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence when communicating with clients.
