Sales Administrator
As a Sales Administrator you will work for a small but well-established family run private estate agency in Fareham working in a team of more mature people. Your role will be to support the Sales and Marketing efforts of the business from an administrative perspective with future potential to get involved in viewings, market appraisals and all things estate agency. Specific estate agency experience is not required.
The Sales Administrator MUST be/have: IT Literate with (Microsoft Office/Word, Internet) with reliable spelling and grammar for producing technical and marketing documentation for buyers, clients, solicitors and for posting house marketing information on Rightmove, Zoopla etc.
Another key quality for the Sales Administrator role is Attention to Detail. Another key part of this role is communication via the telephone answering incoming calls, following up sales chains with colleagues, agents, solicitors, vendors, potential buyers and other 3rd parties involved in the sales process.
The Sales Administrator will also need to feel comfortable dealing with people from all walks of life in a calm, friendly and assertive manner are also important skills required.
