Hays is recruiting for a client who is looking for an organised, driven Recruitment Administrator to manage the full hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them into rewarding roles.
Your new role
1. Write and post job adverts
2. Source candidates via job boards, social media, and ATS
3. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
4. Maintain accurate recruitment andpliance records
5. Support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
6. Work to monthly targets and KPIs
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience within recruitment
8. Strongmunication and relationship‑building skills
9. Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
10. Excellent organisation and attention to detail
11. 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or similar
