Admin Manager
The Admin Manager is to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will work with a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in the company. The Administrative Manager will develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Specific Responsibilities
* Observe and improve company structure, and SOP.
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
* Facilitating communication throughout with company and clients.
* Implement and execute company's policies.
* Oversee and improvise on company's daily admin operations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
* Ability in maintaining client and vendor relationships, preparing contracts, handling dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
* Proficient in using office software and digital tools for managing documents, scheduling tasks, and tracking project progress.
* Understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and terminology to support day-to-day operational efficiency.
