Field Sales Representative - Edinburgh
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Sales Representative, Direct Sales Consultant or Field Sales Executive.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
Flexible start and finish times depending on business needs
Salary:
£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + bonus potential

Day-to-day duties:
As a Field Sales Representative, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
Managing and growing existing wholesale accounts
Identifying and winning new business opportunities within your territory
Visiting clients face-to-face to build strong, lasting relationships
Presenting and promoting products through meetings and demonstrations
Negotiating pricing, terms and closing deals
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to order completion
Ensuring excellent customer service to drive repeat business
Updating CRM systems with activity, pipelines and forecasts
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Field Sales Representative, you will need:
Proven experience in B2B field sales, wholesale or account management
Strong track record of winning new business
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
Target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience:
Experience within wholesale, distribution or FMCG sectors
Knowledge of managing regional sales territories
Training:
Full training provided with ongoing support and development
