Job Summary

Duties
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Manage catering services for events, ensuring all requirements are met seamlessly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
* Experience as a barista is a plus, showcasing versatility in service roles.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
