Salary: £162-£223 per day

The school is looking to take on a Biology teacher starting in February 2026. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stages 3 and 4, including exam preparation for GCSE’s.
The role will be paramount in helping students achieve excellent results in the subject, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.
The successful Biology Teacher will be:
A graduate with qualified teacher status.
An outstanding teacher in Science / Biology, with a strong teaching record.
Relevant qualifications (both formal and through appropriate experience) to meet the challenge of the appointment.
Excellent in-depth knowledge of the Science / Biology curriculum in the development of young people and of the place of within the wider curriculum. An understanding of the importance of a rigorous reading strategy to ensure students’ confidence and reading fluency.
