Main Responsibilities
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including children with autism and additional learning needs.
2. Support pupils academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development within the classroom and during structured activities.
3. Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored intervention strategies.
4. Encourage positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
5. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to ensure consistent support and progress.
