Join The Tersus Team as a Fire Risk Assessor with Tier 2 experience
Salary: Upto £48,500 per year, dependent on experience with car allowance.
Location: The ideal person will be located in York, Sheffield, Derby, Leicester or Nottingham areas

Requirements
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Conduct fire safety risk assessments in line with the latest regulations
* Produce clear and actionable reports that guide clients towards compliance
* Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence
* Stay ahead of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our advice is always the best available
* Collaborate with team members to enhance our services and share knowledge
What We're Looking For:
* A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety
* Registered with the IFSM, Tier 2 or similar competency scheme
* At least 2 years experience within the fire industry
* Experience with compartmentation and/or door inspections desirable but not essential as training will be given
* Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments
* Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation
* Exceptional communication skills — the ability to engage and inform clients with ease
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset that helps you identify potential hazards swiftly
* A valid driving license, as this role involves visiting various sites
* Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional growth
