About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Location: Midlands, Wales, and South West
We are recruiting a Facilities Manager to oversee soft and hard services across 20 DS Smith sites, primarily focusing on soft services with knowledge of hard services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage FM services at 20 sites, focusing on soft services.
2. Ensure consistent delivery of services to the client.
3. Manage multiple sites to ensure uniformity across departments.
4. Lead, develop, and manage the team to provide high-quality service.
5. Support client projects and events related to catering and cleaning.
6. Develop account plans, support change management, and ensure SLAs are met.
7. Build and maintain client relationships to promote retention.
8. Contribute to business strategy development to support growth.
9. Implement business and process improvements.
10. Lead the team proactively, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
Candidate Criteria
1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Experience in contracting management with self-delivered catering and cleaning.
3. Experience managing multiple sites.
4. Contract management experience with contracts valued between £5-£10 million.
5. Current FM management experience with a soft service focus.
6. Ability to ensure first-class service and manage KPIs.
7. Good understanding of Health and Safety; IOSH qualifications preferred.
8. Strong personal integrity and leadership skills.
9. IT proficiency in MS Office.
10. People management experience across diverse environments.
11. Proven leadership in developing high-performance teams.
