Duties

* Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
* Drive to various locations as required for home visits or community activities.
* Engage children in educational and recreational activities that promote learning and social skills.
Skills
* Experience working with children in a childcare or support role is essential.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to drive is preferred for transporting children or attending off-site activities.
* Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with team members.
