An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager for the Audiology services.
The Service Manager will provide day‑to‑day operational and strategic support to the Audiology service, ensuring high‑quality, safe and efficient delivery across all sites.
The post‑holder will lead service improvement programmes, pathway redesign, performance recovery, and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the service meets national standards, including NHSE Audiology guidance, BSA standards, and local Trust objectives.
The role will also lead key transformation programmes such as waiting list recovery, validation, ABR recall programmes, clinic efficiency, and digital optimisation.
