We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer who’s brimming with ideas and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll touch every part of our visual world and help shape how the next generation of consumers (and their parents) experience Trotters.
From ecommerce and digital campaigns to window displays and packaging, you'll work across a wide canvas, collaborating with stakeholders from all parts of the business to deliver design work that’s fresh, on-brand, and full of personality.
In this role you will be reporting to our Creative Manager and work closely with our Head of Brand.

You’ll be joining the Brand & Content team, the powerhouse behind our creative output. We’re a collaborative, ideas-led crew that brings the Trotters brand to life across every channel — from in-store moments and ecommerce experiences to print, packaging, and social. What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing content across all touchpoints — web, email, social, paid media, print, packaging, window displays, and more
* Editing and optimising motion/video assets for digital platforms
* Retouching and resizing product and lifestyle imagery for ecommerce
* Partnering with print suppliers to deliver high-quality physical assets
* Collaborating with Digital, Retail, Product and Brand teams to bring seasonal campaigns and projects to life
* Interpreting briefs, pitching ideas, and turning feedback into standout design
What You Bring
* A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a similar creative field
* 2 years of experience in a design role, ideally in retail, fashion or lifestyle
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/video editing skills are a big plus
* A strong eye for layout, colour, and typography, with great attention to detail
* A proactive, self-starting mindset — you love solving problems creatively
* A portfolio that shows off your versatility, originality, and sense of style (please upload when it asks for your CV)
