Sales Administrator/Order Processor
Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Milton Keynes

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator/Order Processor to join a thriving company based in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a driven individual who is ready to support the company's growth. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team, working as a Sales Administrator/Order Processor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on outstanding quotes via telephone.
2. Produce quotations for customers and send these via email.
3. Liaise with customers face to face.
4. Understand guttering, trims, soffit, and fascia products.
5. Undertake training on our products.
6. Contribute to a fast-paced and driven team environment.
7. Log details on our CRM system.
8. Understand the customer journey from start to finish.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Strong Excel skills with solid numerical, analytical, and planning abilities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Reliable with an outgoing personality.
4. Able to multitask with great attention to detail.
5. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting, working both as part of a team and independently.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of window designer, door, or construction software; full training and support will be provided.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
Based in the office, working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
