Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage repair works for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
* Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and follow-up on completed works
* Maintain accurate records of repair requests and job progress
* Communicate with contractors and in-house teams to ensure timely completion
* Track and report on ongoing repairs and related costs
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
* Ensure compliance with company and health & safety policies
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 years experience in repairs and maintenance (required)
2. Experience in social housing or construction environments preferred
3. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
4. Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling software
5. Knowledge of responsive repairs or facilities management is a plus
