Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met
2. Lead and manage the operational team, providing guidance, support, and performance management
3. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
4. Coordinate with other departments to optimise workflow and resource utilisation
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
6. Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for process improvements
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
9. Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
Required Skills & Qualifications
10. Proven experience - 2/3 years PFI Contract Management
11. Technical or FM qualification - ideally IWFM or NEBOSH
12. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
13. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
14. Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
15. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
16. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
17. Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as ERP or warehouse management systems
18. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field, are desirable
19. Certifications in project management
20. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
