One of the UK's top tier contractors are seeking a Site Secretary to join a £75M scheme in Southampton, on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading reputable contractor who works on a nationwide basis across the UK with a Impressive turnover exceeding £2bn. This Site Secretary role will permanently be based on site 5 days a week, to see the project through to completion.
About the role of Site Secretary
This Tier 1 contractor traditionally specialises in large scale leisure, residential, education, industrial, data centres & more. Projects traditionally range in value from £1M - £300M, covering across Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex for private and framework clients. The role of Site Secretary is to provide secretarial support to the site team, with administrative tasks and personnel organisation.
Responsibilities for Site Secretary
Produce report packs as and when necessary.
Complete general and generic secretarial tasks for member of the site team as and when required.
Manage and maintain an efficient filing system.
Requirements for Site Secretary
Previous experience using A-site would be beneficial but not essential.
Organised nature with an eye for detail is key.
Former experience in a similar role within a construction firm is vital.
