They are aiming to leverage technology to make the business more efficient and scalable and are looking for an individual with an excellent track record in turn-around and modernisation work to drive this. You will have the backing of the board to make decisions on technical design and process implementations with autonomy and clarity on measurable goals. There is an appetite from the business to incorporate AI into both the product, to maximise their offering to customers, and their development practices, to improve efficiency and speed of delivery. As such, an ideal candidate will have experience leading teams with practical applications of AI. There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to progress into a CTO role as the business scales.
