We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Exeter Business Support Team based at Great Moor House. This team supports our Integrated Adult Social Care Services offered by Devon County Council within the Exeter area.

What key tasks/responsibilities will the role involve:
1. Attendance at meetings (remotely via Microsoft Teams) to take accurate notes of the meetings
2. You will be using a laptop and various internal systems and Microsoft packages to conduct your role
3. You will be working in an ‘agile’ way – some home working and some office-based work
4. Working within a shared mailbox
5. Drafting & responding to emails
6. Full administration of organising meetings and follow up action
7. Uploading/downloading evidence to/from internal systems (CareFirst database)
8. Inputting data into spreadsheet/word documents/CareFirst database
9. Supporting other administrative staff with office operations
