Project Quantity Surveyor Omagh Full-Time/Permanent Up to £50k company vehicle Great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for a large-scale project in Omagh. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, youll play a key role in cost control, procurement, valuations, and driving commercial performance from start to finish. Responsibilities Include: Responsible for all commercial management of assigned project(s). Forecast and CVR reporting. Identifying risks with Project Team. Monthly valuations/ applications to Clients. Final Account preparation and negotiation. Subcontractor and Supplier procurement. Subcontractor and Supplier measurement and payment, including final accounts. Change management (variations and compensation events). Attend project meetings and assist with any contractual issues on project. Ensure Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality requirements are adhered to.
