What You’ll Be Doing (Care, Connection & Kindness)
1. Providing genuine companionship — sharing conversation, enjoying a cup of tea, and bringing warmth and connection as brighter spring days arrive.
2. Supporting daily routines such as dressing, personal care, bathing, and grooming — helping clients start their day feeling comfortable, confident, and ready for what the day brings.
3. Preparing nourishing meals — from light lunches to comforting evening meals that support health and wellbeing.
4. Offering medication reminders (full training provided) to help clients stay on track with their health routines.
5. Helping with light household tasks — keeping homes safe, tidy, and welcoming as we move into the new season.
6. Providing reassurance and emotional support — being a calm, reliable presence who clients look forward to seeing.
7. Completing simple care notes so families and the wider team can stay informed and continue providing the best support
