North Oxford Garage is looking for a Customer Reservation Advisor. Your role This role is responsible for driving our Service bookings by providing exceptional customer service when responding to all incoming communication channels. Should you be successful, your daily duties will include: ensuring the correct resources are available to meet customer requirements being the first point of contact when a customer makes contact via phone or email. getting the diary booked as close to capacity as possible every day. capturing customers' requests accurately and transferring all relevant information to the booking. daily outbound call activity to generate additional bookings using provided call lists and Teleservice ticket data. gaining authority for works from fleet companies through the 1- Link platform where required. general admin duties as required for example filing, WIP closure.
