To deliver LifeSearchs Purpose To Protect People Properly and our challenging transformation and growth plans by supporting the smooth and efficient running of the full Searcher life cycle. This role focuses on all aspects of HR administration, from onboarding to the leaver process and everything in between. Key to the success of this role is carrying out all processes efficiently and professionally, with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and quality.
There will also be a requirement to be proactive in supporting the wider P&C team with projects and process and systems improvements.
Responsibilities
1. Be an ambassador of our culture and values at all times, inside and outside our business.
2. Prepare onboarding documentation for nonoperational roles including preparing candidate correspondence, drafting offer letters and contracts of employment.
3. Complete all change of terms letters and log relevant updates to the HR system and payroll process.
4. Complete the leavers process including letters, payroll process and systems requirements.
5. Responsible for the cyclical payroll processes, collating and checking P&C data, then liaising with payroll to process accurately and in a timely manner each month.
