Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support high-impact digital initiatives within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, drive process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyse, and document clear business requirements
* Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories
* Analyse complex data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities
* Improve and optimise business processes and workflows
* Act as a key liaison between business, technical, QA, and UAT teams
* Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and delivery artefacts
* Support testing, validation, and post-implementation improvements
Skills & Experience
* 6–9 years’ experience overall, with 3+ years as a Business Analyst
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Hands‑on use of JIRA, Confluence, and related BA tools
* Experience within large‑scale digital or transformation programmes (desirable)
