Role Overview
The Store Manager oversees daily operations, drives sales performance, manages a team of motivated employees, and ensures exceptional customer service to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
* Run all store operations to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
* Create and maintain colleague schedules to ensure coverage and productivity.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a positive culture.
* Analyze sales data and financial reports to make quick, well‑informed commercial decisions.
* Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Attract and engage customers through visual merchandising techniques and store displays aligned with brand guidelines.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
* Drive loyalty programmes and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, health & safety regulations, and budget constraints.
* Achieve key performance indicators such as units, conversion rate, ATV, UPT, upselling, and cross‑selling targets.
Skills and Experience
* Previous management experience in a fast‑paced retail/customer‑facing environment.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
* Experience analysing reports and making commercial decisions.
* Attention to detail and commercial mindset.
* Knowledge of visual merchandising is advantageous.
* Passion for retail and understanding of latest trends and competitors.
