The Role We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to improve and develop production processes for high-precision connectors and cable assemblies. You'll lead process improvements, support new product introductions, and work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer role Ensure readiness for new products/processes (PFMEA, routings, safety) Drive lean initiatives and solve problems using A3, DMAIC, and data analysis Create clear work instructions and support tooling management Validate new equipment/processes and maintain audit compliance Collaborate across engineering, production, and leadership teams What You'll Need Degree or experience in Manufacturing/Engineering (3-7 years) Knowledge of electromechanical assembly & lean principles Comfortable with MRP/ERP systems (Glovia G2 a plus) Proficiency in reading technical drawings and AutoCAD Strong communication and problem-solving skills Eligibility for a NATO passport and UK work rights required Apply now to help shape the future of advanced manufacturing
