Job Description Multi Skilled Plumber Edinburgh/Dunfermline/Livingston Salary upto £39,060 inc standby fee plus vehicle, travel paid door to door and package Permanent Full Time We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide. As a Multi Skilled Plumber, your main responsibilities will be; Duties and Responsibilities Carrying out a wide range of plumbing works as well as building maintenance within live buildings, accommodation units and laboratory environments to name a few. Works involve Plumbing as well as general building maintenance Working mobile Working on commercial sites Carry out minor small work alterations and installations in accordance with current specifications. You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Providing excellent customer service when on site. Identify non-repairable issues and promptly advise the Regional Supervisor of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable alternatives. The Successful Applicant To be considered for our Multi Skilled Plumber role; You will be experienced in plumbing NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing (or equivalent) CSCS ; Experience of undertaking plumbing/drainage works and PAT testing; SPA, IPAF & PASMA Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; You will have worked on commercial sites Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
