Act as a brand ambassador, confidently sharing product knowledge across fragrance and beauty. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the counter reflects the elegance of Hermès. Manage stock, inventory, and replenishment to support seamless operations. Plan and execute in-store events and product launches. Partner with MYER leadership and brand stakeholders to achieve business goals. Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to continuously improve results.
