GSL Education are currently seeking a qualified Geography Teacher to join a forward-thinking and supportive school in Sheffield (S5 area). This role is ideal for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to make a positive impact through engaging and thought-provoking Geography lessons. As a Geography Teacher, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons across Key Stages. Inspire curiosity and a sense of global awareness among students. Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in line with school and curriculum guidelines. Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every student can succeed. Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and develop innovative teaching strategies. Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and academic achievement. Requirements for Geography Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Geography within UK school setting. Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
