Location: This role could be based in either our London or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

Salary and benefits:
£60,000 - £72,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.
The role
To support the transformation of Creative Services by delivering best-in-class service to the business units, Group Brand & Marketing (GBAM) and the wider organisation. This role ensures seamless campaign execution, fosters stakeholder satisfaction, and contributes to the development of high-performing; insight-driven creative solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. It requires sound, strategic decision-making, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and leadership of a small team of account managers in close collaboration with creative, brand and marketing teams.

Significant experience in account management, project management, or creative operations (ideally in an in-house or agency setting).
