We are seeking Conveyancing Assistants with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Fee Earner, providing an ideal environment for career progression in conveyancing.
Please note, applicants must have extensive experience as a Conveyancing Assistant. Applications from candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening new client files and entering instructions into the Case Management System
Preparing and issuing relevant letters and documents
Updating the Case Management system according to team procedures
Assisting with contract issuance and replies to enquiries
Ordering property searches
Managing exchanges and associated paperwork
Handling the completion process
Issuing mortgage reports to clients
