Summary of the Workshop Supervisor role… Salary: up to £52,000 Job Location: Biggleswade Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hour working week, Monday – Friday Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor Lead and support the Workshop team, providing training, guidance, and hands-on technical assistance when needed. Manage workshop administration, including job planning, estimates, and ensuring smooth job card flow through to invoicing. Maintain high standards of quality, health, and safety, ensuring workmanship meets the expectations of a leading manufacturer. Collaborate with engineers and management to identify skills gaps, implement improvements, and support continuous development.
