 
        
        Our client, an established company who have recently moved to a brand new site in Hemel Hempstead are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hands on Team Leader to join their growing team. This is a temporary position for 3 - 6 months although opportunities may arise to extend this.
Location:
· Hemel Hempstead
Job Role (Team Leader)
The team Leader will oversee multiple areas of warehouse:
 * Ambient Picking
 * Chilled area
 * Frozen area
 * Loading bay
 * New intake
The Team Leader will be required to hold daily morning briefs to the team, highlighting areas such as:
 * KPI Targets
 * Health and Safety
 * Daily tasks
 * Motivating the team
Team Leaders will need to ensure daily KPI's are met, stock has been placed away correctly, inventory is up to date and pallets have been wrapped and sent for delivery correctly.
Team Leaders will need to show:
 * Ability to demonstrate leadership and management behaviors.
 * Good verbal, IT, and written communication skills.
 * An understanding of HR issues that can affect your team.
 * A track record of never walking by and prepared to challenge poor practices (safety, process, behaviors)
 * Demonstrate versatility within tight operational, legislative and a volume changing environment.
 * Experience with WMS systems (Preferred but not essential)
Working Hours:
· You will need to be available on weekends
· 4 Days on 4 days off
Pay rates:
· £19.31 hourly
