We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage our care operations. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who is passionate about high-quality care and has a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant care services.
Maintain CQC standards and uphold the company’s Good rating.
Conduct risk assessments and care plan reviews.
Liaise effectively with clients, families, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding.
Promote a positive, supportive, and open working environment.
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care .
At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within domiciliary care.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a team with empathy and professionalism.
Right to work in the UK and a clean enhanced DBS.
