WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Experience in a similar role in a high quality kitchen
* Willingness for progression to the next step within back-of-house operation
* Ability to contribute to menus developments, recipes and their specs
* Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
* Experience with staff training and development
* Experience with ordering and stock and cost margins control
