Role: Reception Teaching Assistant
Location: Southport
Salary: £430-£450 per week
Working Days: Full-time (5 days per week)
Connex Education is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and nurturing Early Years teaching assistant to start in a Reception class from September 2025.
Prior experience working in Early Years is essential for this role and the school are seeking a candidate with a Level 2/3 teaching assistant or Early Years qualification.

About the supply role:
The role will consist of providing general classroom support and small-group interventions in Reception. A good understanding of the EYFS Framework is essential for this role.

Qualifications and requirements:
* Level 2/3 qualification TA qualification or Early Years qualification is essential for this role (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB ETC).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt to different learning environments.
* It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
